The Whatever Pan can be used over gas, induction, ceramic or electric hobs. Easily switch between the two for that perfect reverse sear or to beautifully braise before slowly roasting.

This pan looks great and cooks well, although takes a while to heat up. I bought it to replace a frying pan and thought it would double as a nice pan for the oven too. It is a very versatile pan and good all-rounder. The pan has one big drawback and that is the handles get too hot.
